For lenders — county market reports

A defined compilation service: county-level mortgage-market analysis built from public HMDA loan-level filings. You get where the closed-loan volume is and how the biggest lenders in your county actually priced against each other — from the same public data your competitors' analysts could compile, already done and kept current.

What a report contains

Pricing: flat, and severed from volume on purpose

Pilot pricing is a flat $149 per month per county — final terms live in a written services agreement that goes to California counsel for review before anyone signs. The fee never varies with referrals, leads, or closed loans, because there are none: Hearthline does not refer borrowers to anyone. Buying a report also changes nothing about how your institution appears on our consumer pages — consumer-facing code cannot reference the compensation field, and lenders there rank only as the public data dictates.

What this is not

Not referrals, not leads, not placement, not endorsement, not access to any consumer's information. A report is compilation work actually performed on public data — nothing else changes hands.
